Find your Player ID

1. Open TapTale and tap the cog (Settings).
2. Tap Account. The Player ID and your world are shown there.

Report a player or a message

In the game, tap a chat message, a player's name, a guild, a photo, a post or a comment to report it or block the player. A block hides that player's messages, profile and posts from you, and yours from them. Reports go to our moderators. For anything urgent, such as a threat to someone's safety, also write to us at the address above.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store. For a refund, use the store's own refund request; if something you bought did not arrive in the game, write to us with your Player ID and the store's order number.

Summon odds

The odds for every banner and the pity rules are in the game: tap the round (i) beside the summon buttons.
